I have been interested in technical issues for many years, and for more than 30 years I have deepened my knowledge and gained practical experience in the field of technology and engineering.

• I have more than 20 years of experience in the area of building and managing the work of Production, R&D, Design and Marketing and Sales Teams, which I have gained in both domestic and international/multicultural markets.
• I have also been developing my Managerial and Management competencies for over 10 years.
• I have additional competencies in Supply Chain Building, Change Management, LEAN, Health and Safety, HR, Finance, Communications, KPIs, Quality, Purchasing, Logistics, Administration, and Strategy and Culture Building.

My more than 15 years of practical experience gained during the construction, expansion, reconstruction and operational coordination of Production in more than 15 steel manufacturing plants in Poland and Europe, gives me a solid foundation for the implementation of new projects.
