Privacy policy
This document sets out the principles for processing and protecting personal data of potential and current business partners (in particular customers and suppliers) of TECHCRAS Marcin Kaleta, hereinafter referred to as the Data Administrator.
I. Definitions
- Cookies - means IT data, in particular small text files, stored and saved on devices through which the User accesses the websites of the Service.
- Service - means the website owned by the Administrator.
- Device - means an electronic device through which the User accesses the Service.
- User - means an entity that uses the content and functionalities available on the Administrator’s websites or for whom services may be provided electronically under the Terms and Conditions and legal regulations, or with whom an Electronic Service Agreement may be concluded.

In the process of processing personal data, the Administrator applies the principles set out in applicable legal regulations, in particular the Act of August 29, 1997, on the protection of personal data and the Regulations of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR”).
IV. Purposes of Data Processing and Retention Period
The Administrator processes personal data solely for the purpose of acquiring customers/suppliers, executing offer processes, orders/contracts, and after-sales service of offered goods and services, as well as sending personalized commercial information, in particular for:
- creating an account on the online Service
- personal, telephone, or email contact
- sending requested informational, advertising, and offer materials
- fulfilling an order/contract
- processing service or complaint requests
- after-sales support
- potential claim enforcement
- adapting the online Services to Users' needs
- generating reports and analyses on the functionality of the Services, including viewership statistics
These data will be stored for the period necessary to execute contracts, including providing service (warranty and post-warranty). After this period, data will be stored solely for the purpose of claim enforcement and sending personalized commercial information.
V. Scope and Method of Data Storage
The Administrator collects personal data in the process of acquiring customers/suppliers, preparing offers, fulfilling orders/contracts, and providing after-sales service. The Administrator collects data including, but not limited to: the first and last name of a natural person (including business owners), their address, tax identification number (NIP), first and last name of the company contact person, their position, department, email, and phone number. If the Administrator’s online Services are used, the IP address of the User's device is also collected. The data is stored by the Administrator in a format that allows for data transfer.
Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to use selected functionalities of the online Services and to send offers, fulfill orders, contracts, service, installation, etc.
Personal data is not transferred to third parties unless it is necessary for proper contract execution, complaint handling, warranty or liability repairs, or sending a catalog by traditional mail. This mainly applies to shipping, courier, assembly, and service companies.
The Data Administrator also states that storage and/or processing of personal data mentioned in the Privacy Policy is entrusted, based on a written agreement, to entities providing hosting, automated marketing, and content optimization services for the Administrator’s online Services.
VI. Automatically Collected Data
The Administrator informs that when using its online Services, certain data is also collected automatically. These data may be collected through Cookies and an automated marketing system.
From the moment a user connects to the Service, the Service's system logs information such as IP number and type of user’s end device used to access the Service. The Administrator informs that, in accordance with the law, it also processes data such as IP number, type of user’s end device, connection time, and other operational data regarding the user’s activity on the Service. These data are processed for technical purposes to tailor the Service to user needs and for general statistical information about the Service's functionality.
The Administrator uses Cookies for:
- Configuring the Service:
- adjusting website content to User preferences and optimizing website usage
- recognizing the User’s device and location and displaying the website accordingly
- storing User settings and personalizing the User interface
- storing a history of visited pages for content recommendations
- Ensuring security and reliability of the Service
- Displaying multimedia content from external sources such as YouTube (Google Inc.)
- Collecting general and anonymous statistical data via Google Analytics
- Using interactive features for social media sharing (Facebook Inc.)
- Profiling advertising content according to User interests
Users can independently and at any time change their location and Cookies settings through their web browser. These settings can block automatic handling of Cookies or notify about each Cookie placement. Detailed information about Cookies settings is available in the browser's software settings.
VII. Rights to Access, Rectify, Delete, Restrict, Object, or Transfer Data
Every individual whose personal data is collected has the right to request:
- access to their personal data
- rectification of personal data
- deletion of personal data
- restriction of data processing
- objection to data processing
- data transfer
To exercise these rights, contact the Administrator via email at biuro@techcras.pl. Requests are processed within 30 days, extendable to 90 days in justified cases.
VIII. Data Security
The Administrator declares that all efforts are made to ensure a high level of data processing security. Any incidents affecting data security should be reported to biuro@techcras.pl.
IX. Final Provisions
Every individual whose personal data is collected has the right to file a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority if they believe data processing violates applicable data protection laws.
The Data Administrator reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy by publishing a new version on this page.
